Dans le cadre de son développement, Sedgwick France recherche un(e) Expert d’Assurances Spécialisé Vol H/F. Rattaché au bureau de Clichy, vous êtes missionné(e) par nos clients, sociétés d’assurances, et prenez en charge les missions d’expertise de sinistres confiées. Vous expertisez pour le compte de nos clients, sociétés d'assurance, des dossiers liés à des vols ou des détériorations immobilières chez des sinistrés particuliers ou professionnels. Vous gérez de manière autonome vos dossiers, dans le respect des délais impartis, instructions internes et procédures clients. En tant que représentant de Sedgwick, vous êtes l’interlocuteur privilégié des assurés et des compagnies d’assurances. A ce titre, vous informez les clients et les assurés des positions prises et de l’avancement de chaque dossier, et vous développez et entretenez des relations commerciales actives avec les mandants.

Pour chaque dossier, vous devrez : • Vous rendre sur les lieux du sinistre et déterminer avec précision les causes et les circonstances du sinistre. • Vérifier les garanties et détecter un éventuel recours. • Relever et rendre compte de toute anomalie ou fraude observée avant d’estimer le montant du préjudice subi (mobilier, bijoux, hifi, etc...). • Rédiger un rapport d’expertise détaillé et intelligible comprenant les pièces nécessaires à la complétude du dossier (Procès-Verbal, lettre d’acceptation, bail, devis,…) • Répondre aux questions et aux sollicitations sur les dossiers en cours ou déposés dans les délais impartis et vous serez en charge des éventuelles réclamations. Ces missions sont non exhaustives et peuvent être complétées par d’autres tâches en lien avec vos fonctions.
