Collections Associate

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: To collect the maximum amount of overdue funds from higher volume accounts and to ensure discrepancies with customer accounts are resolved.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBLITIES MAY INCLUDE:

  • Provides customer service regarding collections issues.

  • Processes customer refunds and credit memos.

  • Monitors and maintain assigned accounts.

  • Performs account adjustments, small balance write-offs, and customer reconciliations.

  • Reconciles client discrepancies pertaining to outstanding balances.

  • Communicates and serves as an interface with internal and external customers.

  • Prepares weekly and monthly reporting and presents data to management.

EDUCATION AND LICENSING:

High School Diploma and/or GED.
