Property Liability Leader

Are you an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual ready to make a significant impact? We are seeking a dynamic Property Liability Leader to spearhead our growing third-party property damage and digital liability claims initiatives.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading a dedicated team to achieve exceptional standards in people performance, service quality, client outcomes, portfolio growth, governance, and continuous improvement. What are my accountabilities?

  • Lead and oversee daily operations of the Property Liability and Digital Liability loss adjusting teams to ensure high performance standards.

  • Monitor and manage exceptional claims outcomes, including allocation, service quality, SLA achievement, and client satisfaction.

  • Plan resources and allocate portfolios effectively

  • Drive efficiency and performance through continuous improvement of capability, systems and processes.

  • Collaborate with other Leaders to adhere to protocols, policies, procedures, and systems for client delivery in line with SLAs

  • Analyze and communicate business reports to enhance team performance and client outcomes.

  • Implement and monitor the Quality Management Framework for best practice claims handling outcomes

  • Demonstrate passionate leadership by inspiring and motivating teams to achieve high performance standards and exceptional outcomes through effective people management

About you :

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (for example, Business, Insurance or Law)

  • 10 + years Loss Adjusting experience or 10 years in a similar role with an insurer or in claims management

  • An experienced team leader with a growth mindset

  • Current knowledge and demonstrated experience managing property liability claims.

  • Wide knowledge of the insurance market (claims lifecycle) including the legislative framework, applicable codes, and products

  • Deep understanding of client requirements as it relates to outsourced business processes and functions for insurance claims

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, & Power BI skills

  • Passionate about technology and driving innovation in claims management
