COORDINATEUR (TRICE) des MISSIONS

Le coordinateur(rice) procède à l’ouverture des missions des assureurs spécialistes. Il/Elle participera à la prise de RDV d’expertise des experts Parisiens. Il/Elle accompagne la Responsable du Centre de Coordination des Missions. Il/Elle facturera les dossiers des Assureurs Spécialistes. Il/Elle travaillera en collaboration avec les Assistantes Entreprises en Région, les Experts du Service Dommages Entreprise, le Service de gestion de sinistres Sedgwick TPA ainsi que le Service Qualité.

Rattachement hiérarchique

Il/Elle opère sur instruction de la Responsable du Centre de coordination des Missions

  • Vos missions :

  • Il/Elle réceptionne les missions d’expertise provenant des Assureurs Spécialistes.

  • Il/Elle procède à l’ouverture des missions des Assureurs Spécialistes conformément aux Fiches Instructions de ces derniers.

  • Il/Elle qualifie les dossiers dans nos outils informatiques conformément à la mission d’expertise réceptionnée des Assureurs Spécialistes.

  • Il/Elle oriente la mission auprès des régions pour affectation et prise de RDV.

  • Il/Elle organise les RDVs pour les experts Parisiens.

  • Il/Elle facture les dossiers conformément aux barèmes d’honoraires des Assureurs Spécialistes.

  • Il/Elle remonte les difficultés auprès du Responsable du Centre de coordination des missions

  • Il/Elle répond aux différentes sollicitations des Assureurs Spécialistes, proactivement.

  • Il/Elle assure le suivi des dossiers et les relances éventuelles.

  • Il/Elle étudie les reportings de gestion des Assureurs Spécialistes
