Loss Adjusters

We now require Loss Adjusters, Civil Engineers, Law graduates to complement our existing team. Candidates with additional professional qualifications would fit well into a large and diverse team of adjusters and support. It is expected that you will quickly become a key member of that team, undertaking a broad range of loss adjusting and insurance-based instructions, dealing with a variety of claims. Full administration support will be provided. The position involves frequent travel to customers and clients premises in Malaysia. We are seeking candidates in the following:

  • Qualified graduates who wish to be trained in Loss Adjusting

  • Civil Engineers or Law graduates who wish to change their career path whilst utilizing their current skillset

The role will offer the successful candidate(s) with an opportunity to join a leading international claims management company with excellent remuneration and career prospects.

Main duties of this role:

To investigate, inspect and analyse insurance claims to validate and adjust payments. This role includes conducting full lifecycle analysis of claims and physical site visits.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/ Degree qualification in Engineering or Law;

  • Positive attitude, Self-motivated and a team player;

  • Possess analytical and critical thinking skills;

  • Good time management skills in order to efficiently handle multiple caseloads;

  • Strong attention to details for reviewing documents and policies;

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English, and able to communicate with all walks of life.
