Call Center Agent (Mandarin speaker)

We are expanding and looking for a Customer Service Officer to complement the team. You are required to handle inbound and outbound calls, listen to customer concerns, answer customer questions professionally and provide information about the company's products and services. Together, we will work together to ensure that our customers have a fantastic experience with us!

Main duties are:

  • Handle full spectrum of inbound and outbound calls for Emergency Roadside Assistance & Emergency Home Assistance to support Malaysia nationwide.

  • Handle inbound calls for Travel Claims enquiries.

  • Handle inbound calls from Singapore & Hong Kong for Mobile Claims

  • Manage customers inquiries and feedbacks regarding the provided services.

  • Assist and provide motor insurance claim enquiry in accordance with the given guidelines.

  • Completing all call logs and updating in the operating system.

  • Able to commit to rotational shift schedule (12 hours per shift).

  • Other duties as assigned by the Manager from time to time.

Education/Qualifications:

  • Minimum SPM.

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Skills/Knowledge:

  • Good proficiency of computer skills such as Microsoft Office etc.

  • Time Management

  • Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Melayu, Tamil and Mandarin. Other speaking dialects will be an added advantage.

  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

Aptitudes/Attributes:

  • Team Player

  • Accurate and consistent policy interpretation

Operation hours:

  • Monday to Sunday, including Public Holidays

  • Day Shift (from 8:00 a.m to 8:00 p.m)

  • Night Shift (from 8:00 p.m to 8:00 a.m)
